Commission Policies ✨

• In order to start the custom, I take a non- refundable deposit of half the amount of the custom product. You pay the other half once the product is complete and you give it the 👍🏼!

• You get to change your mind up to three times! After that the product stays as is!

• After you approve the final product, I take the 2nd half of the amount paid for the product and send it your way! If you are satx local, I offer free local pick-up!

• I send tons of photos along the way to make sure you love how the process is going! So please be aware of this and check your email/dms regularly! If I do not get responses back within the two week time period, the order will be canceled.

• I ask for a two week creation period (although it may not take that long). This amount of time is blocked off for the following reasons:

     1) I may not have the beads needed to create the product and will need to order more. I order from a smaller company (never amazon) and it can take up to a week to receive an order.
     2) I may have other customs/deadlines I have committed to that will come first! This doesn't mean I take more customs than I can handle. If I accept a commission piece, it's because I have time for it and love the idea! 
     3) I have another job, animals, and obligations away from this work that I need to tend to as well! As much as I want to complete these projects asap, I have to save time for my own well being 🧡

• I do not accept customs of other artist's/ beaders work. In rare occasions, I would get permission from the original artist before agreeing to anything, but I really want to create unique ideas and come up with something totally "one of a kind" just for you!
